Q: What is the average age of attendees?
A: Couples range from 25 to 65 with the majority between 30 and 50.

Q: Why do you wait so long to put the tickets on sale?
A: The tickets typically go on sale about 4 weeks from the event date.  This is due to several factors.  1. We have to confirm with the hotel the number of rooms available. This changes almost daily as they have other contacts, rooms broken, rooms under renovations, etc.  It's a constant battle to predict the rooms we will have until the day of the party. Even on the day of the party, we have to move people from the rooms they were promised. 2. The number of cancellations increases the further out we take reservations.  This creates a whole new nightmare.  3. We only put the tickets on sale when we have the best information from the hotel and everyone is onboard with the upcoming event. By doing this, it reduces the amount of stress put on the hotel and VAF Staff.

Q; How do we dress for a party?
A: For the "Meet and Greet" it is casual.  Streetwear is fine. Most couples dress for the theme at the dance, especially the Ladies. No one gives a shit about the guys.  Upstairs anything goes but most Ladies wear lingerie or less.    Just don't wear dirty, rude shirts or ripped-up clothes. For the "After-Hours" party, most guys wear shorts and a T-shirt or an open button-down shirt. As with common sense, dress street legal in ALL the public areas especially the elevators!

Q: When can I buy the tickets for the event?
A: Tickets do NOT go on sale until about 4 weeks before the event.  Putting them on sale before that period results in many cancellations before the event.  Therefore, to avoid a logistical nightmare this cuts paperwork and the chance of mistakes to a minimum.

Q: What floor is the best?
A: If you are new, your best bet is to stay on any floor but the 4th (Party Floor). The 4th (Party Foor)  may be overwhelming and if you plan on sleeping this is NOT the floor for you.

Q: We want to do a Theme room,  what do we do?
A: Theme rooms are only allowed on the 4th (Party Floor).  You must purchase a Party Floor ticket in advance. If you wish to do a theme room and know well in advance please contact us and let us know.  We will do our best (but not guaranteed) to put you on the party floor.  You must abide by the rules of the Party Floor or be banished from being placed there again.

Q: How do I use Loyalty points to renew my membership?
A: Hit "Renew" membership or the "Home Button" at the top menu then "Membership".  It will show you how many points you have. Click "Show More" under each of the tickets to determine what points to use.  After selecting a membership level you will see a box that says apply points.

Q: We don't want to use our real names to join.  How can we get in?
A: You Can't. Things have changed in the past years.  Our lawyer has advised us that we have to keep "Real Names" on file.  This keeps us a private club by law.  It keeps anyone from just walking in. No one else can see your names. They are hidden.  Right now we are NOT letting anyone off the street walk in as it puts the club and its members at risk. 

Q: Is the membership fee per person or per couple?
A: The membership is per couple.  The rate posted is for both of you.

Q: For the hotel events, if we opted to reserve a room would we go through you or need to contact the hotel directly? And do they come with a discounted rate
A: We have a limited number of rooms at the hotel with a discount rate.  After they are sold you must purchase the room directly with the hotel and purchase a ticket separately from this website.  Discount rooms go on sale about 30 days in advance of the event. They usually send out in 24 hours.

Q: We are new and not sure about attending an event, what should we do?
A: First read our FAQ Sections and look through our links page.  From there you will find hundreds of websites dedicated to the Lifestyle to answer just about any questions you have.  Still nervous?  The best advice is to come to the New Comers seminar before one of our events.   There you will all be in the same boat as others in your situation.  You can ask questions and hear about other people's experiences.  If you do not want to attend at the end, you do not have to. But if you do, you must purchase a Membership and a ticket online ASAP before the cutoff at 9:00pm-ish. Otherwise, you will have to come back to the next event.

Q: Our anniversary is the day of the dance and I would like if we could work out some type of specific shoutout for us or something during the event.  Not sure what kind of things are available.
A: You can ask the DJ the night of the dance if he could do something for you guys but ultimately it is up to him. We have to keep the party going at a steady rate and have a schedule to follow. People get upset when we pause too long or slow the music down and it destroys the momentum.

Q: We meet people on the website but how do we know they are real?
A: We try to make sure that all the members on here are real. But we cannot be 100%.  What we can tell you is that couple has attended an event of ours, then they are pretty much for real.  You can do this by looking at their profile and seeing what events they have attended. The more the better. Sometimes other couples will certify them but it's better if they have been to an event, then they understand the rules. FYI, having a picture of you posted from the photo booth at the events Is the best certification you can have. 

Q: I have a business or hobby that pertains to the lifestyle can I post it on the Newsfeed?
A: No you cannot.  We do not allow advertising of any kind or advertising group chats other than our partner websites which helps pay for this website. If we let 1 person do it everyone would want to do it. The focus of this website is the parties and keeping up with your membership fees.  Everything else is a bonus.  We try to keep things real and couples that just use this site for hooking up without ever coming to a party are eliminated. This is why 95% of the couples on here are real. It is not like other sites with flakes and fake or old pics. These couples have usually been to 1 or more events so their pics are more app to be up to date.

* Note:  The "Party Foor" is usually the 4th at our current hotel. But this could change floor numbers depending on the hotel or party conditions. Always check the event details and ticket sales to be sure for each event.
